I grab Abbie’s hand and squeeze it tightly. I’ve never been on a train before, but I’m really excited. We sit in silence, our headphones in. As I step off the train, every boy turns and stairs. Abbie nudges me and we slide though the gates, handing our tickets as we go through. Our bags weigh us down as we stumble across the street. “Erm, Abbie? Where do we go?” She shrugs, then laughs “DAN AND PHIL MIGHT’VE BEEN HERE!” I laugh too then flag down a taxi. “Campanile hotel please!” We check into reception and then I see Luke Cutforth walking past the door! “LUKE!” I scream. He looks over and then shouts, “ANDIE!” and hugs me. Jason stands awkwardly behind him and I look at him and stick my tongue out at him cheekily. He winks back. I pull away from Luke, turn to Jason and hug him tightly. I stroke his hair gently. He kisses my cheek and I squeeze his sides gently. Reception slides the keycard over the desk, and I link arms with Abbie and Luke as we walk to our room. “What number?”, he asks curiously. I show him and he replies, “223? That’s next to ours!” I smile and he hugs me tightly.
